Rev. Annelda Crawford is a native of Dallas, Texas, and an ordained Elder in the Horizon Texas Conference of the United Methodist Church. She is a graduate of F. D. Roosevelt High School, Dallas Baptist University, and Perkins School of Theology at Southern Methodist University.
Prior to entering ministry, Rev. Crawford worked as a social worker in the fields of mental health and infant adoption placement. She later enjoyed a 23-year career with Delta Air Lines in Sales and Marketing before answering her call to ministry and enrolling in seminary.
Rev. Crawford currently serves as the Senior Pastor of Glen Oaks United Methodist Church in Dallas, Texas.
She is the widow of Wesley Crawford (April 2023). Throughout her life and ministry, she has been mentored and influenced by Rev. Brooks Ellis Joshua, Rev. Zan Wesley Holmes, Jr., the esteemed educator Dr. Yvonne Ewell, and by every congregation she has been blessed to attend, love and serve.
